Behind the Story: This menu was a model for a possible restaurant my girlfriend would open. This would be in the far future but it’s fun to dream. Some of the recipes I have personally enjoyed and would like to try the full menu.
Narrating the Process: This assignment was fairly straight forward. I had my girlfriend give me several dishes that might have been served at a restaurant. Once I had the dishes I put them in order based on the type of dish. I then had her decide on possible prices the restaurant would change. This menu was heavily influenced from a local Japanese restaurant called Daimaru.
